Channeling the same resilience and work ethic that made him an elite athlete, Jake launched Jake's Junk Removal Service in May 2023 with just a 2002 GMC Sierra pickup. What started as a side hustle quickly grew into a thriving full-time business. Now serving everyone from senior citizens downsizing their homes to major retailers like Von Maur, Jake takes pride in his perfect customer reviews and his mission to help others—often offering discounts to those in tough financial situations.

Love, Faith, and Sobriety

At just 16, Jake's world changed when his dad died in a car accident. Over time, he struggled with addiction for several years. But in 2022, after relocating to Fargo, he met his wife who would become his partner in turning his life around. With her support, his periods of sobriety grew longer. Today, Jake has years of sobriety under his belt, and faith has become central to his journey.
